Our client, an HVAC design and build firm, is seeking an Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Production Engineering Team supporting Production. The ideal candidate will have strong experience to develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts. Also, they will complete time studies to quantify assembly times and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Primary consideration will be given to candidates living locally in the Milwaukee, WI metro area. Funds are not allocated for any visa sponsorships. This role will begin as a contract assignment and work location will be onsite at the production facility. **Job Title:** Manufacturing Engineer **Location: Germantown, WI** **Pay:** $40-$45/hr plus OT, benefits **Key Responsibilities** · Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts. · Work collaboratively with all functional areas to identify and implement manufacturing process and product design improvements.
