Role:

Assists with technical analysis of manufacturing processes in all aspects of production, costs, quality, compliance to safety guidelines, and environmental requirements for manufacturing.

What you'll do:

Participating in identifying and implementing enhancements and modifications to equipment and processes.Monitoring equipment and process reliability; identifying and addressing problem areas.Providing coaching and development for operations technical staff and support areas.Providing engineering support on planning, development, operation, and maintenance of equipment, processes, or facilities.

Education Required:

Completed degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical engineering, or Electromechanical EngineeringFluent English.

Engineering

Mechanical Design knowledgeProficiency in Office SolidWorks and AutoCAD knowledgeBackground of 1–2 years in Manufacturing Engineering or Maintenance Engineering

Decision making and critical thinking

Explains the characteristics and steps of an effective decision-making process.Identifies issues and communicates with others when a decision needs to be made.

Problem solving

Applies a structured and disciplined approach to problem solving, identifying key elements of the techniques used in their area.Follows established practices for reporting, escalating, analyzing, and resolving problems.

Lean manufacturing

Understands core lean principles and basic tools for waste identification.Recognizes benefits and risks of lean application based on general industry examples.
