Role:
Assists with technical analysis of manufacturing processes in all aspects of production, costs, quality, compliance to safety guidelines, and environmental requirements for manufacturing.
What you'll do:
Education Required:
Completed degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical engineering, or Electromechanical EngineeringFluent English.In this role, you will have the opportunity to bring your unique skills and experiences to the table.
Engineering
Mechanical Design knowledgeProficiency in Office SolidWorks and AutoCAD knowledgeBackground of 1–2 years in Manufacturing Engineering or Maintenance EngineeringDecision making and critical thinking
Explains the characteristics and steps of an effective decision-making process.Identifies issues and communicates with others when a decision needs to be made.Problem solving
Applies a structured and disciplined approach to problem solving, identifying key elements of the techniques used in their area.Follows established practices for reporting, escalating, analyzing, and resolving problems.Lean manufacturing
Understands core lean principles and basic tools for waste identification.Recognizes benefits and risks of lean application based on general industry examples.Additional information:
