What You Will Do:

As a Manufacturing Engineer II with our Raytheon team, you’ll apply your skills to help to develop, test, modify and create solutions through a collaborative effort with our stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

Assisting with the design, control and improvement of the manufacturing process through collaboration with a multi-disciplined teamImproving cycle and lead timesImplementing manufacturing process control and performance monitoringWorking with engineering team and other stakeholders to create and oversee improvement projectsAssisting in translating engineering design requirements into manufacturing processesPerforming hardware defect analysisParticipating in corrective action investigations

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically Requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experienceExperience creating or revising work instructions in a manufacturing environmentExperience with a shop floor management system (i.e. SAP, PRISM, ERP, MRP, or similar manufacturing software)

Qualifications We Prefer:

Technical drawing interpretation, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)Experience with technical writingProficiency with CAD solid modeling tools (preference for CREO/ProE)Experience with automated tooling, machinery and programming and adjusting software parameters on production or process equipment to fix problems or improve performanceDemonstrated hands-on mechanical aptitude with the ability to work across disciplinesExperience with project executionOrganizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and innovative mindset that drives continuous improvement, lean manufacturing and keeps pace with advances in technology

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
