主要职能包括一下内容，但不限于此：

喷涂车间自动化设备（机器人，视觉检测等）日常管理，故障排除和维修协助维修团队制定自动化设备PM， AM计划自动化设备程序优化，提升自动化项目的自动化率及准确率Lead 及积极参与喷涂工厂新自动化项目的导入和现场设备安装调试负责喷涂工厂Document Control, 体系流程创建和管理。喷涂工厂NPI, NSI，ECN，PCN管理，识别和理解设计要求，制定具体的工艺实施要求并跟踪喷涂工厂APQP流程闭环管理负责喷涂工厂CQMS， BGPP等审核的组织和管理其它喷涂工厂日常PQVC的工作支持

岗位要求：

熟悉Fanuc, ABB等机器人的示教编程和现场操作，能够查找并处理常见故障熟悉喷粉，涂胶，抛丸，前处理等工艺者优先能够根据实际情况适应灵活的排班具备强的责任心和自主学习能力熟悉质量工具（鱼骨图、5Why、柏拉图、控制图、APQP、FMEA、CP等）熟练操作办公软件，及AutoCAD和ProE等制图软件本科及以上学历，机械或电气等相关专业者优先具备良好的英语读写能力，能使用英语口语交流者优先
