Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

Observe and analyze current manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.Develop and implement quality control processes and cost-saving measures.Evaluate the effectiveness of existing production equipment and fixtures.Prepare, execute, and document product qualification testing.Oversee the full lifecycle of a product's manufacturing process, including assembly, packaging, and quality control.Educate new employees on current manufacturing and workflow processes.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, such as OSHA and AS9100.

Essential Skills

Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, or related engineering field5+ years of manufacturing experienceProficiency in CAD software (preferably SolidWorks), statistical tools, and Microsoft office programsExcellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skillsLean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) certification is a strong plusJob Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pennington, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $51.00/hr.
