Role Summary/Purpose
新製品の製造プロセス開発や製造治具・装置の導入を、上司やチームの指示に従ってサポートします。既存の製造プロセス改善や品質向上に貢献し、チームメンバーと知見を共有しながら業務を進めます。
Essential Responsibilities
新製品や新技術開発に関する業務を指示に従って遂行し、生産ライン構築や製造性・品質改善をサポートする。 既存製品の製造性や品質課題に対し、上司の指示に基づきプロセス改善や治具・装置の調整、必要に応じ製品のデザインを提案、実施する。 法規制への適合を確保するため、QualificationやValidation業務を支援し、品質管理システムの簡素化をチームと協力して進める。 自身の知見や経験をチームメンバーと共有し、改善活動や技術提案に協力する。
Qualifications/Requirements
日本語でのコミュニケーションスキル
英語での基本的なコミュニケーション、または習得意欲
工学系の大学卒業でエンジニアとしての設計実務経験があり、製品設計、もしくは製造冶具・装置の開発の経験がある方。または、高卒で５年以上の経験がある方
問題解決、生産性改善をサポート出来る方
指示に従って正確に業務を遂行できる方
チームワークを重視し、協調性を持って取り組める方
Desired Characteristics
工学系の大学院卒業
統計手法を用いたデータ解析の経験
3D CADを用いて設計経験がある方
自動機の開発経験
プログラミングを実務で経験
機械学習やデジタルソリューションを使った問題解決の経験
医療機器や製造業に関する知識・興味
