Job Title: Manufacturing EngineerJob Description

The Manufacturing Engineer will have exclusive operations ownership of all production decisions and work order modifications, including dates, quantities, materials, and status post-creation. This role involves providing actionable insights to leadership on process optimization, routing all non-invoice requests through Operations to eliminate cross-functional friction. The engineer will eliminate waste and bottlenecks by requiring external teams to own rework from premature work order printing and establish world-class metrics tracking disruption, throughput, and delivery performance with real-time executive visibility.

The role requires on-site presence every day, with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The position is primarily based on the production floor (95% of the time). The company is opening a new plant that is 8 minutes away towards the end of the year.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
