Manufacturing Engineer
Job Title: Manufacturing EngineerJob Description

The Manufacturing Engineer - Assembly will play a pivotal role in sustaining and enhancing production efficiencies across assembly operations. Reporting to the Director of Maintenance, you will be tasked with delivering business value by meeting safety, quality, and operational performance expectations. This position demands a strong application of Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering principles and Lean toolset, with a keen focus on improving internal and external customer-supplier relationships.

ResponsibilitiesEnhance production efficiencies across assembly operations.Deliver business value in alignment with safety, quality, and operational performance expectations.Apply Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering principles and Lean toolset to assembly operations.Foster and improve internal and external customer-supplier relationships.Essential SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.Experience in manufacturing engineering and capital expenditure.Knowledge of CNC operations and machine shop experience.Expertise in time study, workflow analysis, layout design, and process improvement.Additional Skills & QualificationsA degree in engineering or equivalent work experience is preferred.Candidates without a degree but with substantial machine shop experience are welcome.Work Environment

The role is primarily based in an office environment with regular interactions with the manufacturing facility. This provides an opportunity to engage directly with shop floor operations, fostering a dynamic and collaborative work experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BROOKFIELD, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $43.62/hr.
