Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting engineering teams with various projects, including design, testing, and process optimization of single use products and systems.
Administrative Shift: 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
Conduct experiments, collect data, and perform preliminary analysis under the guidance of senior engineers.Support the creation and revision of technical documentation, such as CAD drawings, schematics, and work instructions.Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities related to manufacturing processes or product performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance to achieve project goals.Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.Perform other duties as assigned by engineering staff to support departmental objectives.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred in Mechanical, Electrical, or another Engineering field.One (1) to three (3) years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment (preferred).Able to effectively work, communicate (written and verbal), and collaborate with peers and other business areas.Analytical and problem-solving must identify solutions to problems within the scope of responsibility and implement corrective action.Computer knowledge of various applications- including Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook), MS Project, Adobe Acrobat, Minitab Statistical software, and AutoCAD.Effective Prioritization, Planning, and Time Management: Must be able to organize and plan workload on several projects concurrently to meet deadlines.
