Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Job Summary** This position will be responsible of executing the day-to-day on manufacturing process, support tasks for the production lines in the facility, accountability to meet goals on PQVC metrics. Compliance to safety guidelines and environmental requirements for manufacturing. Manage NPI and EC aligned with APQP/PPAP. **What You Will Do** + Analyze, develop, and improve manufacturing processes to meet safety, quality, velocity & cost, + Identify and eliminate process inefficiencies using Lean Manufacturing tools + Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions + Support continuous improvement initiatives across production areas + Define and maintain standard work, work instructions, and process documentation + Monitor and improve process capability, cycle time, and productivity + Support new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing process changes + Collaborate with quality, production, maintenance, and engineering teams + Analyze production data and KPIs to drive data-based decisions + Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards **Education requirement:** Requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related field. Requires English Intermediate. **What skills will you have:** **Lean Manufacturing** : + Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools + Practical knowledge identifying and eliminating waste (Muda) in manufacturing processes + Ability to implement and sustain continuous improvement (Kaizen) activities + Practical knowledge with Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to improve process flow + Knowledge of standard work, 5S, and visual management systems + Ability to improve process efficiency, productivity, and cycle time + Practical knowledge supporting cost reduction and throughput improvement initiatives + Familiarity with Just-In-Time (JIT) and pull systems + Ability to train and coach operators on Lean tools and culture + Strong collaboration skills to drive Lean initiatives across departments **Manufacturing Processes** : + Advanced knowledge of APQP concepts; PFMEA, Control Plan, SWES, and MSA. + Advanced knowledge of measurement equipment and able to perform CMM report interpretation. + Knowledge of software systems: ETQ, SAP, Infinity, AQE. + Functional knowledge to develop tooling/fixturing/templates (essential). **Manufacturing Standards, Procedures and Policies** : + Functional knowledge engineering drawing reading and 1E spec interpretation. + Strong Knowledge to Welding specifications interpretation + Functional knowledge welding process (essential). + Advanced understanding of Standard work instructions for operations. **Problem solving** + Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills + Practical knowledge applying root cause analysis methodologies (5 Why’s, Ishikawa / Fishbone, Pareto) + Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional problem-solving teams + Practical knowledge with continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, PDCA, DMAIC) + Capability to identify, analyze, and resolve manufacturing process issues effectively + Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret process metrics and KPIs + Practical knowledge implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) + Strong skills in process troubleshooting and defect reduction + Ability to document and standardize solutions to prevent recurrence + Effective communication of problems, root causes, and solutions to stakeholders **Additional information:** + Location: Reynosa, Tamaulipas, MX + Schedule: Monday to Friday + This position is face-to-face. + <10% of working time will be domestic & international travel. + Relocation assistance is not available for this position. + Do not forget to include a resumé in English in your profile in Workday. **Final details:** Please frequently check the email associated with your application, including the junk/spam folder, as this is the primary correspondence method.
