This role requires hands-on experience and the ability to perform data analysis to identify root causes and improve manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical documentation support for manufacturing processes. * Evaluate and analyze concessions and non-conforming parts to determine corrective actions. * Perform data analysis to identify root causes of issues and implement process improvements. * Support shop floor operations and manufacturing activities. * Read and interpret manufacturing prints, ensuring compliance with design standards. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product engineering and manufacturing efficiency. Required Qualifications: * Manufacturing experience with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and non-conforming parts. * Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of design for manufacturing concepts. * Hands-on experience in a shop/manufacturing environment. * Ability to read and interpret manufacturing prints. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail. Desired Qualifications: * B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * 1 or more years of relevant work experience as a Process or Manufacturing Engineer. * Experience with SAP. * Experience creating and updating technical documents and reports. * Understanding of product engineering concepts and manufacturing processes.
