Roles and Responsibilities

Ownership includes both quality assurance and quality control of compressor blades and vanes processed through Grind & Broach applications for FBM BusinessInterfaces with other businesses within the Rutland site to improve product quality for owned product line.Includes quality assurance of products, services, & manufacturing processesIncludes conformance in manufacturing, incoming goods control, product inspection, etc.Develops new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizationsWorks across all levels of the Rutland organization, as well as externally to support new product introduction & design changesSpecifies needs, communicates about projects around product quality and throughput as dictated by site level metricsDelivers products as part of a teamSupports quality improvements, tactical quality interpretations, and overall process support on designated shift.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing experience)

The salary range for this position is $ 80,000.00 - 100,000.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan. This posting is expected to close on Jan 25, 2025.
