Job Description
The Support Coordinator ensures a high level of customer satisfaction through effective management of service requests and support activities following product delivery. This role is responsible for processing service calls in accordance with standard operating procedures and quality management systems, evaluating returned parts and soft goods, and documenting findings. The Coordinator manages service part and unit inventory in partnership with cross-functional teams including Shipping, Finance, Quality, and Supply Chain.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure all incoming units undergo company safety and compliance decontamination standards.Receive customer warranty and service repair units, as well as consignment, demo, and loaner units.Manage service calls in the ERP system and ensure compliance with SOPs, device work instructions, QMS, and FDA regulations.Manage inventory of received units to ensure they are accounted for, properly organized, and stored. Units must be clearly labeled for easy identification.Collaborate with Finance, Shipping, Quality, and Supply Chain to conduct inventory cycle counts and support internal and/or external audits.Follow established processes for units' dispositions.Receive and evaluate soft goods and document findings as per FDA requirements and company QMS.Essential SkillsMechanical aptitudeManufacturing experienceCustomer service skillsProficiency in ExcelOrganizational skillsMultitasking abilitiesAttention to detailPrior manufacturing or warehouse experienceAdditional Skills & QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED requiredComputer skillsWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
The role is based in a manufacturing environment that is clean and climate-controlled. Employees are required to wear steel-toed boots and safety glasses at all times.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sharonville, Ohio.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
