**Job Title: Manufacturing Associate** Job Description This is an entry-level role responsible for supporting manual packaging operations, cleaning, and material handling tasks in a regulated manufacturing environment. The position follows established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines under close supervision. Responsibilities + Manually load and unload raw materials and finished products. + Operate pallet jacks for material transport. + Maintain a clean and organized work area using the 5S methodology. + Follow proper cleaning procedures for rooms, small parts, and equipment. + Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds. + Follow verbal instructions and production procedures. + Work in compliance with GMP, FDA, and DEA regulations. Essential Skills + Basic verbal and written communication skills in English. + Ability to follow verbal instructions and production procedures. + Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High school diploma or GED required. + 0-1 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. + Standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks. + Comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs as required. + Exposure to chemicals, solvents, and production machinery in a controlled environment. Work Environment The role operates in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) cleanroom production environment. Employees may be exposed to chemicals, solvents, and production machinery. The position requires standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks. We offer flexible shift options: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday), 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday), and 3rd Shift (8:00 PM–6:30 AM or 10:00 PM–8:30 AM, Monday through Thursday), with a 4-day, 10-hour workweek for the 3rd shift. Shift differentials are provided for 2nd and 3rd shifts. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.20 - $22.20/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
