Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Job Description

This entry-level role is responsible for supporting manual packaging operations, cleaning, and material handling tasks in a regulated manufacturing environment. The position adheres to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines under close supervision.

Responsibilities

Manually load and unload raw materials and finished products.Operate pallet jacks for material transport.Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principles.Follow proper cleaning procedures for rooms, small parts, and equipment.Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.Follow verbal instructions and production procedures.Work in compliance with GMP, FDA, and DEA regulations.

Essential Skills

Basic verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.Capability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.Comfortable with exposure to chemicals, solvents, and production machinery in a controlled environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.0-1 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

The role operates within a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) cleanroom production environment. The company offers multiple shift options including a 4-day, 10-hour workweek for the third shift. Employees can choose between first, second, and third shifts, with differential pay for second and third shifts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.20 - $22.20/hr.
