Join our dynamic team on the production floor, where you will assist in creating high-quality wire and sheet metal products. This role involves performing deburring, bending, forming, and welding operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in the production of wire and sheet metal products.Perform deburring, bending, forming, and welding operations.Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality.Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.Engage in general labor tasks, including packing and powder coating.Essential SkillsExperience in production and assembly processes.Ability to work flexible hours and longer shifts as needed.Capacity to lift up to 25 lbs.Proficiency in machine operation and visual inspection.Familiarity with the manufacturing industry.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This is an entry-level position for the first shift, operating from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. You will work in a well-ventilated manufacturing environment, though temperature may vary with the seasons. Due to the presence of metal dust and filings, dust masks are required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mystic, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
