Temp-to-Hire position$18.04 /annuallyFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm)Operate stationary belt grinder, air tools, air power vice, small cut off wheel grinder.Follows shop card instructions to perform grinding operation by: Removing, either through cutting, grinding, the flashings, gate contacts, parting lines, molding defects from castingsEnsure all castings are ground to customers/shop cards specifications.When job is completed, place corresponding shop card in each basket(s) and place completed castings back into basket(s).Replace belts, wheels, bits, pins, etc. as required
Manufacturing Associate Qualifications:
Computer and communication skills are necessary. Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Lift up to 50 lbs. on an occasional basis floor to shoulder.Carry up to 50 lbs. on an occasional basis less than 25 feet.Push/pull up to 30 lb. molds waist to chest level to/from the grinding wheel on a frequent basisStanding for 8 to 10 hours.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
