Our client, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing Operations Technician, you will be part of the Production Department supporting daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a safety-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, which will align successfully within the organization.

$18.50/hr during temporary assignment

$19.00/hr upon hire

Shift:

1st Shift | Monday–Friday

6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What’s the Job?

Operate production equipment and hand tools to meet daily manufacturing goals

Follow quality and safety standards to ensure consistent product output

Perform routine safety checks and report equipment or process issues

Complete production documentation and verify product specifications

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What’s Needed?

Good, stable work history in manufacturing, production, or a similar hands-on environment

Previous machine operation or production experience preferred

Basic math skills and ability to read measuring devices

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
