Manufacturing Associate – (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Newton/Conover area
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18–$24 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join a growing production team. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering steady hours, competitive pay, and the potential for long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical assembly work according to basic mechanical drawings and instructions
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Forklift proficientAssist with painting, finishing, and surface preparation as needed
Package, crate, and prepare finished products for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related hands-on role preferred
Ability to read and understand basic mechanical drawings
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
