Manufacturing Associate

Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4x10 shifts

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM - $18.34/hr2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM - $19.34/hr

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Manufacturing Associate to join our production team in Omaha. In this role, you will operate equipment, assemble products, and ensure all quality standards are consistently met. You’ll play an essential part in maintaining daily production goals and supporting a smooth, efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment safely and efficientlyAssemble, sort, and bag products according to specificationsBox and palletize finished goodsMaintain quality standards throughout the production processFollow written and verbal instructions in EnglishCollaborate with team members to meet daily production goalsAdhere to all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of production or manufacturing experienceAbility to lift up to 35 poundsStrong teamwork and communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to understand and follow instructions in EnglishMust be able to work around hay or grass (no grass allergies)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.34 - $19.34/hr.
