Location: Lima, NY

Shift: 3:00PM-11:30PM, Monday through Friday

Pay: $20.50/hour

Sign-On Bonus: $500 after 4 months of employment

Job Description

As a Manufacturing Associate, you’ll play a key part in producing high‑quality filter media used across a variety of industries. You’ll work with specialized machinery, ensure precision in every cut and fold, and help keep our production floor running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to grow within a supportive, expanding organization.

ResponsibilitiesCut large rolls of filter media into precise widths using slitting equipmentMaintain consistent material size and quality for downstream processesManage inventory, including pulling materials and returning unused stockLift and handle raw materials weighing up to 50 lbsOperate pleating machines to form accurate folds in slit materialsLoad and run pleating equipment and cut pleated material using a bandsawPerform material handling tasks to ensure efficient machine loadingEssential SkillsExperience in a manufacturing or production environmentAbility to operate basic equipment safely and efficientlyFamiliarity with machine operation, general production tasks, and inspection processesAdditional QualificationsGeneral labor experience is a plusStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityWillingness to learn and grow within the roleWhy Join Us?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.50/hr.
