Job Description -

Aerotek is seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our team as Manufacturing Associates. This role is critical to ensuring the quality and purity of our seed products. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and consistency are key, supporting our mission to deliver high-quality agricultural solutions to farmers worldwide.

Job Duties -

-Sort and classify seeds according to size, type, and quality standards

-Operate and monitor seed cleaning and sorting equipment

-Inspect seeds for defects, contamination, or irregularities

-Package and label seed batches accurately

-Maintain a clean and organized work area

-Follow all safety and quality control procedures

Job Requirements -

High school diploma or GED preferred

No prior experience required—training provided

Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime during peak seasons

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grimes, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
