**Glass Production Associate – $19-21/HR** **Location:** Newly expanded warehouse **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM **Pay:** Weekly **Key Responsibilities** + Assist in the cutting and tempering of glass products + Operate machinery and load glass according to order specifications + Support shipping and receiving operations + Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes + Unload glass from trucks and store using vertical systems + Prepare glass for the IG line and assist with layout for forklift transport + Manually move windows between vertical and horizontal positions + Lift units up to 75 lbs individually; assist with team lifts for heavier items **Qualifications** + Prior experience in manufacturing or production + Familiarity with overhead crane operation + Forklift certification or experience + Strong general labor skills and ability to consistently lift glass + Attention to detail and safety awareness **Why You'll Love Working Here** + Clean, modern warehouse environment + Niche industry with stable demand + No weekend work – enjoy a strong work-life balance + Small, family-like team culture + Opportunities for growth and advancement **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
