Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
Job Description

The Manufacturing Associate assists with the daily operations of the physical facility, supporting maintenance mechanics and facilities staff by performing handyman maintenance duties. These duties include furniture moves, simple electrical projects, spot painting or cleaning, light construction, and exterior cleanup. The role involves working with outside contractors on building and equipment repairs, requiring knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily operations of the physical facility.Support maintenance mechanics and facilities staff with handyman maintenance duties.Perform tasks such as furniture moves, simple electrical projects, spot painting, cleaning, light construction, and exterior cleanup.Collaborate with outside contractors on building and equipment repairs.Follow detailed and defined rules/instructions and make simple judgments in straightforward situations.Select between solutions already established.Essential SkillsBasic understanding of work routines and procedures in own discipline.Ability to follow clearly defined procedures and tasks.Requires no prior experience but knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior clean room experience is a plus.Skills in production, packaging, assembly, cleanroom, GMP, medical devices.Ability to perform packaging operations such as blister, pouch, carton, and shrink wrap.Capability to make labels and correctly fill out routers in Device History Record Management.Experience in performing preventive maintenance on time.Competence in performing silicone washing of silicone implants and operating digital scales.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is quiet, clean, and climate-controlled, located in a pharmaceutical warehouse. Employees are required to wear steel toe or composite shoes and safety glasses on the production floor. The dress code is casual, and the role may involve prolonged periods of sitting or standing, as well as reaching, pushing, or pulling to accomplish job accountabilities.

This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
