Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
Job Description

Join our dedicated production team to help manufacture Oral Thin Film (OTF) and Transdermal Patch products. This role requires following written instructions and safety protocols within a clean, regulated environment. Some materials used may include controlled or potent substances.

ResponsibilitiesOperate equipment and adhere to procedures to manufacture products.Accurately complete records and logs.Maintain safety and cleanliness standards.Collaborate with the team to meet production goals.Essential SkillsHigh School Diploma/GED.Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.Basic math skills (calculations, percentages).Previous production knowledge and experience, preferred.Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.Ability to document activities accurately in compliance with good documentation practices.Excellent attendance and work record.Computer navigation skills, preferred.Compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and Safety/Housekeeping guidelines.Additional Skills & QualificationsPhysical ability to stand on concrete floors for extended periods.Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.Ability to ascend and descend stepladders.Flexibility to stoop, squat, and bend.Reach laterally frequently and overhead occasionally.Frequent grasping of objects.Visual and audio acuity sufficient for safe and accurate work.Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.Ability to wear negative and/or positive PPE daily for long periods.Medical clearance to wear respirators without restrictions.Pass mandatory drug screening to handle DEA regulated products.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a cleanroom environment with shifts available: 1st shift (6AM-2:30PM M-F), 2nd shift (2PM-10:30PM M-F with a $1.60 shift differential), and 3rd shift (10PM-6:30AM M-F with a $3.20 shift differential, moving to Monday through Thursday 10-hour shifts by the end of June 2025).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
