Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 to $20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:00am to 03:30pm)Swing and Weekend shifts available after trainingMust be open to mandatory overtimeAssembly & Production
Assemble interior and exterior components of utility trailers according to work orders and production standardsMeasure, cut, and install materials accurately using a tape measure and hand/power toolsMaintain consistent production pace while meeting quality expectationsWork independently for extended periods while remaining focused and productiveQuality & Accuracy
Ensure all components are installed correctly, securely, and to specificationInspect materials and assemblies for defects or errors before moving to the next stageFollow build instructions precisely to support downstream manufacturing processesAttendance & Work Ethic
Maintain reliable, consistent attendance and punctualityDemonstrate self-motivation and accountability when working without direct supervisionTake pride in meeting production goals and contributing to a dependable manufacturing team
Manufacturing Assembly Qualifications:
Material Handling & Physical Requirements
Lift, push, pull, and maneuver materials weighing up to 75 lbsStand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shiftMaintain an organized and efficient work areaSafety & Compliance
Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all timesProperly use required PPE and operate tools and equipment safelyReport safety concerns, damaged equipment, or material issues promptlyPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
