Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Manufacturing Associate
**Location:** Fort Lauderdale, FL
**Pay Range: $15**
**Shift:** Various Hours (Must be flexible)
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform assembly and brazing of piping in high-pressure units.
+ Construct units by using structural components and securing them to the unit.
+ Assemble refrigerant components for brazing.
+ Braze units in tight spots while meeting production goals.
+ Utilize manual and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Ability to read and apply work instructions.
+ Understanding of refrigerant systems and Bosch Production Systems (BPS) principles.
+ Flexibility to work in different manufacturing areas when requested.
+ Brazing copper experience and previous manufacturing experience preferred.
