Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as mechanical assemblers in one of three different assembly departments. We have three openings available, each in a different department, and offer both first and second shift positions. First shift runs from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with two spots available. Second shift is from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, and includes a 15% shift differential with one spot available.
Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical components with precision and attention to detail, using blueprints and work instructions.Operate epoxy machines, soldering equipment, and perform medical assembly as needed.Work primarily with brakes and clutches used in medical, agricultural, and government equipment.Utilize hand and power tools effectively for assembly tasks.Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.Adhere to safety protocols and wear gloves to prevent oils and adhesives from contacting skin.Essential Skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly OR Soldering At least six months of experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.Familiarity with blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently.Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high product mix and low volume production.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing space where bench assembly for mechanical brakes, gear motors, and drives is performed. The facility supports a low volume, high product mix, allowing assemblers to work on a variety of products each day. Departments are well-separated, providing ample room for growth. Assemblers are required to wear gloves during assembly to protect against oils and adhesives, but they will remain relatively clean throughout their shifts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.70 - $25.00/hr.
