**Job Title: Manufacturing Assembler** **Job Description**
We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded Manufacturing Assemblers for our manufacturing facilities. As a Manufacturing Assembler, you will play an invaluable role in ensuring production quotas are met while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. In this role, you will work in a manufacturing setting, primarily on your feet, building walls, floors, trusses, and stairs. You will utilize basic tools, hand-powered tools, table saws, tape measures, nail guns, and other miscellaneous shop tools. You will work in a team environment with 3-4 people, depending on the station, to build wall panels or trusses.
**Responsibilities**
+ Read and interpret tape measures accurately down to 1/8 inch.
+ Work with hand and power tools to assemble products.
+ Collaborate in a fast-paced, production team environment.
+ Lift up to 75 lbs sparingly, 2-3 times per shift.
+ Work a 50-hour work week, including overtime.
+ Bring or purchase basic tools for the first day of work.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in reading tape measures down to 1/8 inch.
+ Experience working with hand and power tools.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, production team environment.
+ Capability to lift 75 lbs sparingly during shifts.
+ Willingness to work 50 hours per week.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in framing or construction is a plus.
+ Experience with nail guns or table saws is beneficial.
+ Blueprint reading experience is an advantage.
+ Open to full Spanish-speaking qualified candidates, with accommodations for orientation, training, and daily translation.

**Work Environment**
Work in a clean, spacious, and well-lit temperature-controlled production environment that is very safety conscious with set safety programs and protocols. Teams work in groups of 3-4 in each area, with multiple buildings depending on the product. The 2nd shift hours are from 3pm to 3am, Monday through Thursday, with 48-hour work weeks, including 8 hours of built-in overtime. Required tools include a tool belt, tape measure, and utility knife.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of HUGO, MN.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
