As a Production Assembler, you play a crucial role in meeting production quotas while adhering to the highest standards of safety and quality. You'll be responsible for building walls, floors, trusses, stairs, and more in a manufacturing setting, using both basic and powered tools. This role requires you to work on your feet and collaborate with a team of 3-4 individuals to construct wall panels or trusses. **Responsibilities** + Build walls, floors, trusses, and stairs in a manufacturing setting. + Use basic tools, hand-powered tools, table saws, tape measures, and nail guns. + Work collaboratively in a team environment to construct wall panels or trusses. + Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. + Lift up to 75 lbs sparingly throughout the shift. + Work 50 hours per week, with overtime as required. **Essential Skills** + Experience reading a tape measure down to 1/8" and passing a tape measure test. + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + Ability to work in a fast-paced production team environment. + Mechanical aptitude. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1+ years of experience in framing or construction is a plus. + Experience with nail guns or table saws is a plus. + Blueprint reading experience is beneficial. + Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged, with accommodations for orientation and training. **Why Work Here?** Our commitment to quality has driven our steady growth for over 40 years. The Trusses Department operates Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday, 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the regular rate for hours over 40 per week. Required tools vary by department and include items like tool belts, tape measures, utility knives, and carpenter's pencils. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of HUGO, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
