Manufacturing Assembler
Job Title: Manufacturing AssemblerJob Description

Join our manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Assembler in our Hugo facilities, where you will play a crucial role in meeting production quotas while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality. You will work in a manufacturing setting building walls, floors, trusses, stairs, and more, using basic tools, hand-powered tools, table saws, nail guns, and other shop tools. This position involves working in a team environment, typically with 3-4 people, building wall panels or trusses.

ResponsibilitiesBuild and assemble wall panels, trusses, and other structures using hand and power tools.Ensure production quotas are met while maintaining high safety and quality standards.Work collaboratively within a team of 3-4 people to complete tasks efficiently.Use tools such as tape measures, nail guns, and table saws for construction tasks.Lift up to 75 lbs sparingly, approximately 2-3 times per shift.Provide basic tools required for the first day of work.Essential SkillsExperience reading tape measures down to 1/8\" and passing a tape measure test.Proficiency in using hand and power tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced, production team environment.Capability to work 50 hours per week.Additional Skills & Qualifications1+ year of framing or construction experience is preferred.Experience with nail guns or table saws is a plus.Blueprint reading experience is advantageous.Open to full Spanish-speaking candidates, with translation support available.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a clean, spacious, and well-lit temperature-controlled production environment. Our company is very safety-conscious with set safety programs and protocols. You will be part of a team of 3-4 in the manufacturing shop, working on pre-fab trusses and wall panels. Core hours for the Wall Panels Building are 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM Monday-Thursday, 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM Friday. For the Trusses Department, hours are 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday-Thursday, 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM Friday. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the rate for hours over 40 per week. Required tools vary by department and include items like a tool belt, framing hammer, speed square, tape measure, utility knife, chalk line, and carpenter's pencil.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of HUGO, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
