**Manufacturing Assembler - Weekly Pay!!** Job Description I am seeking dependable, mechanically inclined individuals to join our team in Tooele, Utah as Heavy Industrial Assemblers. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role ideal for candidates with forklift experience and a strong work ethic who are ready to contribute to high-volume production in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities + Utilize in all departments and areas supporting battery enclosures. + Assist in the assembly of large-scale electronic and mechanical components for large battery enclosures using hand and power tools. + Operate forklifts (stand-up preferred) to move heavy materials and battery modules. + Push and maneuver carts loaded with up to 750 lbs of equipment. + Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols. + Perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods. + Collaborate with team members and material handlers to maintain production flow. + Physically lift 50 lbs frequently, walk, bend, and push 750 lb battery modules on carts. Essential Skills + Proven experience operating forklifts in an industrial setting. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and perform physically demanding tasks. + Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with tools such as torque wrenches, drills, and crimpers. + Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English. + Strong teamwork, reliability, and willingness to be coached. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Familiarity with SAP systems for inventory tracking. + Experience with stand-up and sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and carts. + Knowledge of using calipers, gauges, and other measurement tools.
