If you wish to know the status of your application, please use the candidate log-in on our career website as it will reflect any update s to your status.** **Role Definition:** Supports manufacturing processes by performing many technical tasks while ensuring compliance with the prevailing safety and quality procedures and policies. **Responsibilities** **:** Executing manufacturing tasks and processes according to defined SOPs and accurately documenting data and related batch records. Identifying issues related to manufacturing processes and implementing process improvements. Providing support to manufacturing processes with activities such as validation of processes and equipment, implementing manufacturing best practices, and reporting. Training new and junior employees on SOP's, safety procedures, policies and standards. **Skills you have** **Quality Management:** Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques, and the ability to create and support an environment that meets the organization’s quality objectives. **Accuracy and Attention to Detail:** Understanding of the need for and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision. **Decision-Making and Critical Thinking:** Knowledge of the decision‑making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and make productive decisions based on informed judgment. **Manufacturing Standards, Procedures, and Policies:** Knowledge of the organization’s standards, procedures, and policies related to manufacturing activities; ability to plan, guide, and oversee manufacturing processes to ensure compliance. **Basic Requirements:** + Bachelor´s degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical) + Experience 1 year in welding process + Availability to work rotating shifts + Theorical test 80% **Top candidates will also have:** + 2+ year in related areas (Welding/manufacturing process) + Language: Intermediate English _Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week._ \#LI **Posting Dates:** February 11, 2026 - February 17, 2026 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
