**Job Title: Manual Pack Operator** **Job Description** As a Manual Pack Operator, you will play a crucial role in assembling and packaging final products. You will manually assemble boxes, pack bags, and include instructions for shipment. This position requires standing for 12-hour shifts and working closely with colleagues in an assembly line format. **Responsibilities** + Assemble boxes and pack products for shipment. + Maintain machines and ensure a tidy and clean work area. + Perform various roles in the production line to ensure smooth operations. + Report production line performance and adhere to quality standards. + Contribute to a continuous flow of the production line to minimize downtime. + Meet standard hourly production targets. + Collaborate effectively with peers and support changeovers, quality inspections, and machine cleaning. **Essential Skills** + Experience in packaging, production, and quality inspection. + 1-2 years of experience in production or manufacturing. + Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for 8-12 hour shifts. + Skills in quality control, quality assurance, inventory management, and machine operation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma/GED preferred. + Ability to make a box in less than 2 seconds and lift 50 lbs. + Experience in environments where performance is measured. + Basic knowledge in packing and material handling. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values its people as much as its products.
