**Job Title: Manual Machinist**
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to set up and operate manual lathes, ensuring precision in part production. The ideal candidate will regularly inspect tools and equipment and communicate effectively with the shop foreman about any delays or concerns. You will also be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your measuring equipment using the standard in the inspection room. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Responsibilities
+ Set up and operate a manual lathe with precision.
+ Regularly inspect tools and equipment to produce precision parts.
+ Communicate any delays, issues, or concerns to the shop foreman.
+ Ensure measuring equipment accuracy using standards from the inspection room.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in operating manual lathes.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience with CNC operations.
+ Strong understanding of lathe operations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with manual mills is also acceptable.
+ Ideally 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Work Environment
Work in a smaller, climate-controlled facility on the 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Butler, Wisconsin.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
