Job Title: Manual Machinist
Job Description

The Manual Machinist will be responsible for manual machining tasks to produce precision gear cutting. The role requires experience with CNC or manual equipment including setups, operation, and offsets/changeovers. Candidates should be adept at blueprint reading and eager to learn more in their craft.

ResponsibilitiesPerform manual machining tasks to ensure precision in gear cutting.Operate and manage CNC or manual equipment, including setups, operation, and offsets/changeovers.Read and interpret blueprints accurately.Maintain equipment in excellent working condition.Collaborate with the team to improve processes and outcomes.Essential SkillsProficiency in manual and CNC machining.Experience with equipment setups, operation, and offsets/changeovers.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Skill in using tools such as calipers and Bridgeport mills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with CNC equipment is preferred.Knowledge of manual mills is beneficial.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $32.00/hr.
