We are looking for a Manpower Planner Assistant to join our Base Maintenance team in Tallinn, Estonia.

 

Main Responsibilities

Manpower planning and controlling Ensuring the daily workforce is based on the needs of the production Preparation of long-term and short-term manpower forecasts for the aircraft maintenance department Day-to-day cooperation with the aircraft maintenance department Assisting in the solution of daily production problems

 

Main Requirements

You have at least a secondary education Excellent Estonian and English language skills, both written and verbal. Russian language skills are a plus Proficiency in basic computer programs (MS Office) Analytical skills and readiness for teamwork Previous work experience in a similar position is an advantage
Ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple responsibilities
