Our Manistique McDonald’s opened its doors in 2024 — bringing a fresh, modern restaurant to the community while continuing our family’s 40-year tradition of serving the Upper Peninsula. We’re looking for dependable, motivated leaders to help guide our crew and keep this new restaurant running smoothly. As a Shift Manager, you’ll set the tone for each shift, lead by example, and make sure our guests and crew have the best experience possible.
What You’ll Do
+ Lead daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring top-quality food, service, and cleanliness
+ Support, coach, and motivate crew members to perform at their best
+ Communicate clearly with the next Shift Manager to maintain smooth transitions
+ Oversee safety, security, and cash-handling procedures
+ Maintain restaurant equipment and cleanliness standards
+ Help meet or exceed key performance goals for your team
What You’ll Bring

+ Must be at least 18 years old
+ Prior restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred
