The Managing Director – Consulting provides high-level strategic direction to the creation and delivery of consulting activities within Talent Solutions, TAPFIN. Accountable for generating revenue and expanding market presence through innovative and profitable consulting solutions. Uses knowledge of competitive strategies and industry trends to develop next generation consulting/services and providing solutions to complex client issues.
Making an Impact
•Responsible for development, finalizing, revising and on-going continuous improvement of consulting methodologies and associated tools, as well as training sales and operational resources to grow exposure and revenue
•Establishing productization of consulting and innovative solutions including but not limited to articulating value proposition, designing profitable price modeling, resourcing strategies, internal and external training, ongoing communications and sales material.
•Manage consulting delivery including creation of proposals, SOWs and deliverables. Establish financial management for consulting to ensure accurate PL management and forecasting and management reporting. Ensure accurate invoicing and financial accountability for product delivery.
Sharing Expertise
•Uses knowledge of competitive strategies and industry trends to develop next generation consulting/services and providing solutions to complex client issues. This includes assisting in the development, finalizing, revising and on-going continuous improvement of consulting methodologies and associated tools, as well as training sales and operational resources to grow exposure and revenue.
•Lead client interactions and presentations to deliver innovation and consulting to ManpowerGroup Clients.
Gaining Exposure
•Responsible for directing consulting delivery activities that will result in meeting or exceeding client expectations.
•Accountable for setting performance expectations for resources associated with consulting delivery to exceed client expectations in a profitable manner.
People Leadership
•Manage, inspire and lead team of staff and/or consultants committed to exceptional client experience.
•Manage/drive talent planning for area of responsibility and helps develop, promote and explain the vision, objective, initiatives and process program goals.
•Provide appropriate training to team and key stakeholders
