This role focuses on business growth, operational performance, talent development, and maintaining a collaborative and productive environment that supports our clients and enhances CBRE’s position in the market. What You'll Do: + Lead high-performing brokerage teams across multiple asset classes (office, industrial, retail, etc.), ensuring alignment with CBRE’s strategic goals. + Provide formal supervision, performance management, coaching, and development for brokers and staff. + Recruit and retain top brokerage professionals, while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture. + Drive business development and market share growth by expanding existing client relationships and capturing new opportunities. + Manage office-level P&L, operational efficiency, and profitability in coordination with regional leadership. + Champion CBRE’s platform tools and resources to boost broker productivity, client outcomes, and competitive positioning. + Collaborate with Regional Group Presidents and Senior Executives on key enterprise initiatives and transformation efforts. + Analyze market trends and performance data to inform strategy and improve decision-making. + Serve as a visible leader in the community, building CBRE’s reputation through involvement in industry, civic, and professional organizations.
