You lead a team of field sales representatives/managers to ensure execution of the sales strategy and achievement of annual KPIs and targets.

How you will contribute

You will:

Manage, develop and motivate the team and work closely with the sales capability team to ensure delivery of training to the team.Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPI’s and targets and provide reporting as required.Manage winning customer business relationships that facilitate “best in industry” execution of our categories.Work closely with key stakeholders including the account team, category, activation team, sales capability and customer finance to provide the optimum return across your region.Fully understand category and insights knowledge, coaching the team in the use of category tools to engage and influence customers to make informed decisions that will grow our categories and deliver our annual plan.

El Gerente de Ventas de Zona - Distribución Directa es responsable de liderar, desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia de ventas y distribución para una zona geográfica asignada. Este rol clave supervisa directamente a un equipo de ventas y asegura el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales a través de canales de distribución directa, optimizando la cobertura, la ejecución en el punto de venta y la rentabilidad. El titular del puesto deberá impulsar el crecimiento del volumen y valor, gestionar relaciones clave y desarrollar el talento dentro de su equipo.

What you need to know about this position:

Desarrollar e implementar planes de ventas anuales y trimestrales para la zona, alineados con los objetivos comerciales de la compañía

Asegurar la ejecución de la estrategia de distribución directa, incluyendo la optimización de rutas, la eficiencia de entrega y el cumplimiento de los estándares de servicio

Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y expansión de mercado dentro de la zona asignada

Liderar, motivar y desarrollar a un equipo de ventas de distribución directa (e.g., Supervisores de Ventas

Establecer metas claras, proporcionar coaching continuo y realizar evaluaciones de desempeño para asegurar el crecimiento profesional y el cumplimiento de objetivos

Administrar el presupuesto de ventas y gastos operativos de la zona, asegurando la rentabilidad

Education / Certifications:

Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ventas, o campo relacionado. (Posgrado deseable)

Job specific requirements:

Mínimo 4-5 años de experiencia progresiva en ventas, con al menos [Y, e.g., 3] años en un rol de liderazgo o gerencia de ventas, preferiblemente en el sector de Consumo Masivo (FMCG).

Experiencia demostrable en la gestión de canales de distribución directa.

Historial comprobado de cumplimiento y superación de objetivos de ventas

Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, gestión de equipos y desarrollo de talento.

Capacidad analítica y estratégica para interpretar datos de ventas y mercado.

Habilidades avanzadas de negociación y comunicación.

Orientación a resultados y fuerte iniciativa.

Manejo avanzado de herramientas de Office (Excel, PowerPoint) y sistemas CRM.

Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y adaptarse a un entorno dinámico.
