About the Role:
Technical Manager – KRAs (Commercial Facility Management)
Operation & Maintenance of Building Systems- Ensure smooth functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and other MEP systems. Monitor systems via BMS and conduct regular inspections to prevent breakdowns.
Team Leadership & Supervision- Lead and manage technical staff including junior engineers and technicians. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols.
Client Coordination & Service Delivery- Act as the technical point of contact for client interactions. Ensure timely resolution of client complaints and service requests.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules. Respond to breakdowns and ensure quick restoration of services.
Energy Management & Sustainability- Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives. Support sustainability goals through efficient resource utilization.
Vendor & Contractor Management- Coordinate with external vendors for AMC, repairs, and project work. Ensure compliance with service level agreements and quality standards.
Compliance & Safety- Ensure all operations comply with statutory regulations and internal policies. Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions.
Documentation & Reporting- Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and compliance reports. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management and clients.
Emergency Preparedness- Lead engineering response during emergencies (e.g., power failure, fire, system breakdown). Conduct mock drills and ensure readiness of emergency systems.
Training & Development- Conduct technical training for team members. Stay updated with latest technologies and best practices in facility management
