Under the guidance of the Director of Materials Management, the Manager Supply Chain is responsible for providing direction, planning, implementation, and administration of purchasing, receiving/warehouse, distribution, courier, mail, linens and value analysis. The manager will also be responsible for inventory management and distribution and other logistical support staff to ensure availability, provide timely delivery and replenishment of products and equipment to support the end user and clinical areas.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree with two years work experience or 5 years work- experience without a Bachelor’s degree. Work experience must include supervising employees and leadership responsibilities. Previous appointment in a hospital setting is preferred.
Core Competencies
Proficient in MMIS applications such as Cerner Med-Series 4, and MS word and Excel. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with employees, customers, clinicians, and leadership and maintain professional and friendly working relationships Organizational and work management skills to handle multiple projects and prioritize activities. Knowledge of analytics to carry out financial and operational analyses.

Salary Range: $ 27.52- $41.27 /hour Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
