Manager - Site Analytics
**Job Summary:** The Manager - Site Analytics plays a critical role in financial analysis of the hundreds of stores we open each year as one of America’s fastest growing retailers. This Finance role serves as a key partner for the Real Estate and Operations teams, helping to drive profitable growth and maximize new store opportunities. **Principal Duties & Responsibilities:** + Lead and develop team of Real Estate Analysts + Create and update tools to make the team more productive and efficient + Forecast, annualize, and review P&L projections for prospective openings, closures, and market optimizations + Collaborate with broader Real Estate department to support improved site prospecting and selection + Develop market optimization strategies to determine the optimal locations for new stores for all banners + Support Market Strategy peer team’s creation of models to support financial analysis of new stores + Create and deliver periodic presentations to senior leadership + Lead discussion of financial evaluation of potential new store locations in real estate preview meeting with Sr. Real Estate Execs at the SVP, VP, and Director level. + Participate in real estate committee with executive leadership team including the CEO, CFO, and CDO in evaluating potential new store locations + Partner with Sr. Leadership on task forces aimed at rapid evaluation of opportunities and lead rapid execution of planned path forward. + Ensure timely and accurate report generation and analysis for previously opened stores and remaining pipeline management. + Ensure accurate sales, cannibalization, and P&L projections for new stores, relocations, and expansions through continuous performance evaluation including hits and misses. + Use GIS tools to derive data-driven insights + Collaborate with GIS team on ways to improve spatial analysis capabilities **Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required + 4–6 years of financial analysis experience + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Detail-oriented with excellent planning and organizational abilities + Ability to build relationships and influence cross-functionally without direct authority + Experience with GIS + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) **Desired Qualifications:** + Experience in a high-growth, multi-site retail environment + Experience with Alteryx and PowerBI + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-oriented culture + Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills Full time 500 Volvo Parkway,Chesapeake,Virginia 23320 FP&A Dollar Tree
