Job Title:

Manager - Sales (Client Services) | Precision Media | Majid Al Futtaim Retail 

 

Role Purpose:

The Manager – Sales is responsible for managing brand and agency relationships, driving media revenue through growth and ensuring delivery of high-performing, data led advertising solutions across our retail media ecosystem.

The Manager – Sales is expected to significantly enhance the client experience and set MAF Precision Media apart from the rest in the region, with a good understanding of media capabilities to grow advertiser revenues and build strong relationships. He/she will be the face of MAF Precision Media for all of our external stakeholders and/or suppliers, managing the end to end client relationship from campaign planning, pitching, management and adhering to commercial tracking and campaign management processes for the team.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Growth & Sales

Deliver and exceed sales targets by driving adoption of retail media products across digital, in-store and omni-channel touchpoints.Prospect and hunt for new businessDevelop & sell tailored media proposals that drive effective and high return retail media campaigns.Oversee your clients’ campaigns planning, execution and delivery while regularly communicating performance resultsUnderstand the value of MAF Precision Media’s competitive offerings and pricing and articulate MAF Precision media benefits in a manner meaningful to the customerBuild and manage a robust sales pipeline and monthly sales forecast as well as activity tracking.Contribute to the continuous evolution of the retail media proposition, helping shape new formats and commercial opportunities.

 

Collaboriatons and Communication

Serve as the main point of contact for brand and agency partners, managing day-to-day relationships, by developing a deep understanding of client business objectives, brand priorities and marketing calendars to identify opportunities for collaboration.Build and maintain strong, long term partnerships that drive recurring revenue and client satisfaction.Collaborate with the Ad Operations team to prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders, along with the tracking and execution of the campaigns and campaign performance.Work hand in hand with the commercial team to generate synergies and ensure the correct approach for any given brand, understanding the countries strategy to build campaigns that deliver against brands KPIs.

 

Experience:

5-+ years experience in client management, media sales or digital advertising.Online advertising, digital media, or analytics sales experience with global and regional accountsMust have significant success in media sales, with a specific focus on digital display from either retailer, publisher or media agency. (retail media experience highly desirableExperience selling audience targeting solutions
