Key Responsibilities
Lead Gen AI transformation in the new accounts risk strategy team to improve efficiency, surface emerging risks and opportunities faster, elevate decision quality and customer experience.Own and enhance acquisition strategies to increase premium acquisition and improve investment efficiency.Own, enhance and manage Affiliate and targeted channel acquisition strategies driven by economics of lifetime value with industry-best credit resultsContinuously monitor new account acquisition performance, conduct deep-dive analyses to explore areas of opportunity, and implement credit controls to address potential/emerging risks for core and targeted acquisitions across channelsTrack developments of acquisition journey in the external marketplace to understand industry best practices.Ensure adherence to credit risk compliance and sound risk management standardsElevate customer experience by providing seamless underwriting and on-boarding experienceInfluence Marketing and channel partners to enhance front-end backend decision consistency, optimize top of the funnel traffic and drive premium applicant qualityManage partnership with Marketing, Risk Products & Data Strategy, Decision Science, New Accounts Servicing, Fraud, CBO teams to enable enterprise-wide innovationsMinimum Qualifications
Core Expertise
Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science) or MBA with strong hands-on analytics experience.Deep expertise in underwriting, credit risk strategy, or acquisition analytics, preferably in credit cards or payments.Strong understanding of credit card economics, customer lifetime value, and acquisition funnels.Applied GenAI & Advanced Analytics
Demonstrated experience applying Generative AI in real-world decisioning, analytics, or strategy workflows.Hands-on exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, AI-driven automation, or decision support tools.Leadership & Execution
Proven ability to lead multiple complex initiatives in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.Strong collaboration and influence skills across technical and non-technical partners.Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insights clearly to senior stakeholders.Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and externally oriented with a passion for innovation.Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits
