Role Description and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a talented Manager, Patient Experience who will play a crucial role in enhancing patient engagement, satisfaction and improving overall healthcare delivery within CVS Healthspire. This role involves understanding patient needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing patient-centered initiatives. We are looking for a creative and organized individual as well as a strong team player who is inquisitive, entrepreneurial, and passionate about translating user insights into action in a way that accelerates business impact. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and design, bridging creative ideation with practical business implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, design innovative solutions and deliver measurable business results. An ideal candidate would have a background in strategy and design. This unique blend will enable them to create practical experiences and draw the right insights and conclusions to drive impactful patient experience initiatives.
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct research to understand patient needs and experiences.
Utilize the creation of journey maps, prototypes, and other artifacts to document and demonstrate processes and ideas
Analyze patient feedback and data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
Visualize insights from patient feedback and data to create compelling presentations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement patient experience initiatives.
Create and maintain documentation of patient experience processes and outcomes.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote patient-centered care practices.
Your Background and Experience Ideally Includes:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Human-Centered Design, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in product management, market/user research, service design, healthcare, or a related role.
Have a track record of establishing systems and processes that add scale, create consistency, and increase efficiency
Have experience are comfortable with quantitative information such as research data, profit & loss statements, business KPIs
Proficiency in presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Google Slides and design tools like Miro.
Strong skills in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Experience with patient experience methodologies and frameworks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, visual formats.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
US work authorization.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
