Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (AS) sector is currently hiring a Mission Management Portfolio Program Manager 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering an integrated Mission Management Suite comprised of mission processing hardware and software. This opportunity is based in Melbourne, FL.

Key Responsibilities include:
Positively lead, inspire, and motivate a team to execute to plan
Effectively coordinate across multiple program IPTs to manage change and configuration of requirements
Customer communication and collaboration to drive mutual goals and shared success
Lead a team of technical team members to deliver integrated technical capabilities
Leadership of a team of direct reports where you will define goals, develop the team, and ensure the team is continuously performing and growing into expanded roles.
Effectively prioritize in a dynamic environment to meet evolving and emerging requirements
Manage team to baseline schedule, technical, and cost allocations
Actively manage Risk, Issues & Opportunities to ensure program execution success
Partner with functional disciplines to define and integrate expertise into the team
Be a digital advocate, applying new tools and functionality to drive execution efficiencies
Define, negotiate, monitor & track performance of suppliers; manage change, and ensure performance to plan
Perform earned value (EV) management of labor and material control accounts

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related experience as defined below, OR a Master’s degree and 6 years of related experience as defined below
Related experience includes a background in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management related functions
Experience managing software development
Experience with supplier management
Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret Clearance (DoD must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the companyPreferred Qualifications:
STEM Degree
Active DoD Top Secret clearance
Prior roles executing on digital programs leading to an understanding of how digital ecosystems function, integrate data and deliver execution efficiencies
Experience with the following:
Experience leading teams developing mission management software
Experience leading delivery of mission management processing hardware and associated Supplier Management Team (SMT)
Leading a team in a matrixed environment to achieve program goals
Experience integrating third party sensor software
Control Account Manager (CAM)
Program management on Agile programs applying incremental planning and delivering programs on schedule

Salary Range: $161,500.00 - $242,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
