Key responsibilities:

Aseptic area & Aseptic manufacturing handling  

Complex manufacturing and skid handling

QMS handling (Investigation, CAPA, Change control)

Knowledge of Investigation, root cause identification and appropriate CAPA design

Handling of Equipment qualification

Handling of SAP transaction

Handing of manpower at soft floor

Knowledge of Aseptic practice simulation procedure 

Knowledge of Green field project handling

Manage cost of consumable for production department

Train the subordinate for cGMP and GDP

Planning of batch manufacturing and filling activity such in way to reduce cycle time and improve equipment efficiency

Coordinate with R&D and MSTG for technology transfer

B.Pharm / M.Pharm
